Hello, 

The glitched that happened some time ago occurred again. I only submitted one response, but when I refreshed the page, it showed that I had submitted two, and the second one was blank. Since the grading system is by last attempt, I now have a 0. I couldn’t delete the second attempt or do anything about it, so can someone help me delete it?
