Any tips on doing "how many numbers satisfy the following conditions" problems?
An example of this is this year's 10A #17. I got the right answer but was still hesitant to choose the answer choice because I am worried about I am missing another.
II feel like it is easy to leave something out on these questions but I don't want to spend too much time checking on a single question either. Any tips on how to organize time on the test?

This question is pretty broad. Lots of problems have different ways of handling and it would be different. For the particular question, this year's AMC 10A #17, if you set up the equation, there should be no doubt about the answer. Watch my video of the full solutions.
