$\text{I figured out 1.17. Thanks for the help!}$

For 1.18, I couldn't find how to pair anything, maybe $k^2$ and $(m-k)^2$, so I used the fact that a complete residues system does not have repeated values. I couldn't solve it though.

I couldn't figure 1.19.
