I think there's a misprint on problem 3.16 as option D states "|z|=2sqrt(5)z*=-2+4i" whereas a previous choice states "z*=-2+4i."

Thanks for pointing this out Fan!

That extra $\overline{z} = -2+4i$ should definitely not be there. The question has been updated now on the quiz, and should display correctly if you try the quiz again.
