Hi, I don't  understand what dimensional analysis are. For #9, is the way of doing this:

12 m/min*100cm/60sec=12*100/60? I'm not quite sure how you would do it, so I would appreciate some help. Thanks!

Hi Celena. Your answer looks good, however, the idea behind dimensional analysis is to keep track of the units a little more: $$\frac{12 \text{ m}}{1\text{ min}} = \frac{12 \text{ m}}{1\text{ min}}\times \frac{1 \text{ min}}{60\text{ sec}}\times \frac{100 \text{ cm}}{1\text{ m}} = \cdots$$ Then you can see the units canceling with each other when making the calculation.

Hope this helps, otherwise let us know if you have more questions.

Thank you! That really helped me understand dimensional analysis!
