so in the problem, it says that the entree is 7types of burger and 4 types of salad.

The question said to pick one entree can it be burger only no salad, salad only and no burger do those count as an outcome?

Since we want to choose one appetizer, one entree, and one dessert, we have to choose either only burger or only salad, so choosing both or none is not allowed.
