I don't know what techniques that I can use to find the formula

Do I use Pythagorean theorem or other?

Can I get some help, and that would be great

This question is about a parallelogram: given the two side lengths $a$ and $b$, and one of the diagonals $d$, find a formula for the area of the parallelogram.
