Unsure on how to solve 17 and 18 of the Blue Practice Problems.

For #17, find the point $Q$ such that $AECQ$ is a parallelogram.

#18 is one of the harder questions.  There is a typo in the question:  the point "$G$" mentioned in the question should be the $F$ in the diagram.  Try to find the ratio $CF/BF$.
