I think this answer might be wrong...? Shouldn't the frequency increase? My answer I get is 1293

I said it's week 4. Or are you asking which course? It's the thermodynamics one.

It seems you are not using the correct velocity. Note the problem states that "right is positive", and you are moving to the left, so the velocity at which you are moving is $-18$ meters per second.
