I got this one wrong and the question asked for the probability of 10 but in the answer key, it is saying for 11.

I am not sure if it is right or wrong so here it is.

Can someone explain whether the answer key is wrong or I am still just wrong

Thanks for pointing this out. You are correct that event $B$ should be the sum is $10$. Note, however, that the rest of the solution is okay, as $B$ was correctly listed as $\{ (4,6), (5,5), (6,4)\}$.
