It is a .py file, so your computer is probably trying to open it with Python which you may not have installed.

The file, however, is basically a text file, so a program like "NotePad" on Windows or a similar text editor on other operating systems will be able to open the file.

Note: I'd recommend trying to practice doing this for future assignments, but if it's still giving you problems the file is attached as a text file below as well.
