The system does save answers. The safest way to ensure that all your answers are saved will be to click "next" or navigate to the next portion of problems.

For example, if you work on some of the Quick Response questions, click the "Next" button on the bottom of the page to shift to the practice questions. This should make sure the quick response questions are saved.

If you want to resume later, the next time you visit the quick there should be an option to "Continue the Last Attempt" option to resume with your saved answers.

Lastly, I'd still recommend you write down the answers in your notes in case things aren't saved by the system.
