Math Challenge I-A Geometry Homework
I’m really confused on problem 2.28, i’m not sure how find the length and width of each shape to get a perimeter of 28.
Here is a hint. The perimeter of the entire shape is 28. This perimeter consists of some sides of squares and some sides of rectangles, and we know that the rectangle length equals twice the width. So it is a matter of counting how many lengths of each type of sides are in the perimeter 28, and then figure out the side lengths.
