2023-24 School Year AP Courses

Areteem's 2023-24 School Year AP courses are full AP courses that meet once a week online to help students master the difficult material in AP courses. These courses cover all the material typically covered of an AP course.

Each AP Course features:

  • 28 live sessions held once a week online providing students a convenient way to learn and ask questions, consisting of:
    • Core Knowledge: 20 live sessions (1.5 hours each) covering all the fundamental knowledge needed for the AP course
    • 8 Week Sprint Course: 8 live sessions (2 hours each) before the AP exam with final review, test strategies, and practice problems to help ace the exam
  • Homework with feedback from instructors helps students focus their studying
  • Tuition for each 2023-24 School Year AP course is \$2600
    • Register by August 31st to save \$200 on tuition with early bird registration. (Discount automatically applied, no coupon code needed.)

  • Students are required to purchase the course textbook, more information will be available after registration and closer to the start date of the course.

AP Courses are challenging courses meant for high school students.

Current AP Instruction Team:

  • Dr. Kevin Wang, (AP Computer Science), the Academic Director at Areteem. Dr. Wang's professional experience as a principal software engineer helps him identify key points to help students systematically and thoroughly master computer science.
  • Frank Wilson (AP Calculus), an educator, former teacher, and Harvard graduate. Mr. Wilson's years of classroom experience working with high school and middle school helps teach students exactly what students need to master material.
  • Markisha Greene (AP Chemistry), a high school chemistry teacher. Ms. Greene has years of experience with introductory, applied, and AP Chemistry and is dedicated to student learning, including continuing to learn by attending an AP Summer Institute to learn more about the AP Chemistry exam.
  • Anirudh Rangaswamy (AP Computer Science), a quantitative researcher and online educator. Mr. Rangaswamy combines his passion for teaching with his real world programming and mathematics experience to teach and inspire students.
  • Zeeshan Ahmed (AP Physics), an online educator and college instructor. Mr. Ahmed  draws on his passion for physics and experience teaching both online and in the classroom to bring the best out of his students.
  • Dr. Jackson Cai (AP Calculus), an engineering professor. Dr. Cai's strong math and science background helps him inspire students with real world examples.
  • Robert Arias (AP Statistics and AP Calculus), a college instructor and educator. Mr. Arias is a dedicated teacher whose experience in statistics and math helps empower students to learn and grow.
  • Fabrice Allais (AP Physics), a high school physics teacher and online educator. Mr. Allais has years of experience teaching AP Physics and training students for Physics Competitions (F=ma, Physics Bowl, etc.) and Math Competitions (AMC 10/12, AIME, etc.).

This course meets Saturdays from 9:00-10:30am Pacific Time (12:00-1:30pm Eastern Time) starting September 23rd.

This course meets Sunday from 11:00am-12:30pm Pacific Time (2:00-3:30pm Eastern Time) starting September 24th.

This course meets Sundays from 1:00-2:30pm Pacific Time (4:00-5:30pm Eastern Time) starting September 24th.

This course meets Saturdays from 11:00am-12:30pm Pacific Time (2:00-3:30pm Eastern Time) starting September 23rd.

This course meets Sundays from 1:00-2:30pm Pacific Time (4:00-5:30pm Eastern Time) starting September 24th.

This course meets Sundays from 4:30-6:00pm Pacific Time (4:00-5:30pm Eastern Time) starting September 24th.
