math challenge II-A combinatorics 9.23 Part b)
Please write an answer to this question. There is no point in only writing the vague explanation and do not write the final answer. It confuses me. A lot of your questions have no answer and have a very unclear explanation. It vexed me when I'm trying to learn the solution. Please put a direct solution for this problem and also problem 9.22. Thank you.

That being said, thanks for pointing out that these were missing in the online system. I've updated this question and 9.22 so they have the final answers, which we do want to have so students can review everything in one place.
