Question 3.23 Part a): looks like that the answer sqrt 117 is not simplified to 3*sqrt 13

Question 3.24: looks like when the center of the isosceles triangle is B, the equation of the circle with radius AB should be (x-2)^2+(y-1)^2=5, but there are two “^2”s behind (x-2).

Just reporting some bugs.

Thanks for pointing this out. Both are updated online so they should be simplified and displayed correctly.
