When I tried to watch the video for handout 7, it just doesn't play. I can see the picture the video displays if I move the video to different times, but it wouldn't actually play.

I tried refreshing and reopening a couple of times with no success. What should I do?

Sorry to hear that.

Can you share a little more information about which browser you're using (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and maybe a screenshot of what you see? (You can attached it to a response here or feel free to email us at info@areteem.org.)

If you have a secondary computer you could try just for testing purposes that would be great.

I was using safari. I don't know how to screenshot.

I tried it with an old computer, it worked
