When the problem asks: How many numbers between 11 and 100100 are multiples of either 22, 33, or 55?, does it mean inclusive or exclusive?

*For ANY Question that says numbers between 1-100 is it inclusive or exclusive?

My answer is wrong, because I didn't include 100 as part of the problem. can someone clarify the problem???
