For 8.23 b, what does it mean by between at an integer multiple of 45 degrees, between that and what?

Please respond ASAP because this assignment is due on Wednesday.

There was a typo in the problem. It should say "What is the probability that the needle ends up at an integer multiple of $45^\circ$?".

The handout is now updated with the correction. Thanks for letting us know!
