I'm really starting question the homework. It said my answer was wrong, and they said it was a different one. The thing was that the question said answer to the nearest m/s, so i did. However, the answer they gave me was to the nearest hundredth, and it rounded to my answer.

Hi Erik,

Thanks for pointing this out! In general, working with significant figures and rounding with physics can sometimes get a little messy. I fixed the problem in Chapter 11 I think you're referring too. I also changed the other question with the same setup to be a little more lenient with the accepted answers.

Let me know if there are other questions you're still having this trouble with and I'll take a look. It will be helpful if you let us know which chapter you're referring to.
